Code Compilation

Compilation of TOUGH4 on different platforms could be quite different. Below are descriptions on how the code be built with Visual Studio on Windows and on Linux-like platforms (e.g., Linux, Mac, Cygwin, and Windows Subsystem for Linux). It should be noted that installation instructions may change with the new development. Both C++ and Fortran compilers are required to compile TOUGH4.
